You agree to perform delivery services with professionalism and care. You must handle all packages safely and deliver them to the correct recipient in a timely manner.
Important Notice on Commissions
Rikizy may charge a commission fee on delivery earnings. This fee is deducted from the delivery fee paid by the customer or seller before the net amount is credited to your wallet.
The specific commission structure is determined by the platform settings and may vary. Please check your dashboard for the current applicable rate.
You represent Rikizy when delivering. Harassment, unprofessional behavior, or misconduct towards sellers or buyers will result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for the goods once they are in your possession until they are delivered. Lost or damaged items due to negligence may result in penalties or deductions from your earnings.
